Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITES –

O365 mail configuration and support.
Pop3/Imap mail configuration and backup.
Mails archiving and conversion into PST.
Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex meeting support.
Checking of tickets on ITSM tool and respond over phone, mails and tools
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
Communicate with users the status of their current service call using Zoho ticketing system (itsupport.unominda.com).
Maintain license server (Catia, UG), File Server Support, DHCP Server support, AD user management.
Software License AMC like – Catia, NX, Autocad, Keyshot etc.
User support on multiple software installation like – Catia, NX. Autocad, Lucidshape, Altium, Keyshot, Bus Master, Hong2K3, Ansys etc.
Remote support to the user and solve the query with in the SLA.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Checking of tickets on ticketing tool and respond over phone, mails and tools.
Configuration of mails over phone for HODs.
Maintain proper Asset management, Vendor management, Software sheet.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Window installation and reinstallation & troubleshooting.
Set up new user’s accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Fix up repetitive problems in systems.
Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
Priorities and manage many open cases at one time.
Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
Install configure and troubleshoot hardware : laptops, printers, peripherals, network equipment
Add network printers, scanners and provide access.
Antivirus and firewall support and updation with the support of network team.
File Server, DHCP Server Support, AD user creation support.
Provide folder access to users and also manage folder size quota as per company policy.
Manage Catia and UG license server.
SAP Installation and functional support to user on sap. i.e creation of PO, invoices, quality inspection, grn, assemble part entries, injected and moulded parts entries etc.
