Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills:

• Experience : 15-25 Years

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil

• Candidate must be ready to travel extensively.

• Candidate should be ISO Certified Lead Auditor.

• Candidate must have Experience in Construction Industry.

• Lead Auditor for ISO Management System Standard .The prime job will be Training, Auditing and Developing and maintaining Accreditation Documents as per ISO 17021 and other applicable Standards like ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 50001, 37001 etc.

Job Description:

• Assisting site in preparing Project Quality Plan and reviewing the same

• Assisting site in preparing work methodology and reviewing the same

• Assist HR in hiring QA/QC professionals by interviewing and recommending

• Assist site in mobilization of laboratory equipment, establishment of laboratory and monitoring

• Assist site in source approvals of major materials, reviewing and guiding according to specifications and acceptable norms

• Finalizing Inspection and Test Plan

• Monitoring concrete mix design for its adequacy and assisting site in optimizing the same

• Preparation of training modules for quality and providing training

• Performing remote auditing of executed works for its compliance and highlighting for any discrepancies

• Perform remote auditing of quality documentation for its compliance and approving/rejecting the same

• Perform remote audit of laboratory equipment and batching plant calibration status and highlighting any discrepancies observed

• Perform remote audit of concrete production and highlighting any discrepancies observed

• Perform remote auditing of levels achieved and highlighting any discrepancies observed

• Performing on site quality audit for quality compliances

• Preparation of Project Quality Plan during tendering stage

• Preparation of Work methodology during tendering stage

• Preparation of tentative mix design during tendering stage

• Assisting site in trouble shooting related to quality compliances

Salary:

• 2K to 3.5L / Month

• Head Office (New Delhi)
